天娱传媒 Residential Life Assignment Process

Thank you for reading the following information:

Current residents will be assigned first based on their Intent to Return information and completion date, then all new applicants will be assigned based on听the application date听补苍诲听the date of payment of the required room reservation fee.

听

Intent to Return for Current Residents

• On Saturday, November 1, 2025 at 8 am, all students who are currently living on-campus must complete the Intent to Return form, found at link below.
• This form must be submitted by Saturday, November 15, 2025. Applicants are subject to loss of assignment and waiting list position if this form is not completed.

New Applicants for the Spring Semester

• The Spring 2026 Housing application will be available online Sunday, November 16, 2025听at 8 am.听听
  • Applicants will pay a $200 room reservation fee (non-refundable).

Cancellation of Application/Assignment

• Current residents must complete the听 process and be approved听to cancel their assignment.
• Graduating Seniors must complete the Intent to Return and Cancellation Form, located on eRezLife.
• Students not returning to 天娱传媒/transferring to another institution听must not be enrolled in any spring classes and complete the Intent to Return and Cancellation Form, located on eRezLife.

Building Requirements

• The following are the Residential Life academic requirements:
  • Madison, Ouachita, and Masur听require at least a 2.0 cumulative GPA to live on campus, priority will be given to students who have a 2.3 or above.听
  • University Commons and University Suites require at least a 2.5 cumulative GPA.
  • Bayou Suites is听considered a Scholar鈥檚 Hall and requires:
    • at least a 3.3听cumulative听GPA for continuing students.
    • at least a 3.5听cumulative听GPA and composite ACT score of 24 for first time freshmen.
  • Apartment Building 5 and a portion of Apartment Building 6 are considered upperclassmen Scholar鈥檚 Halls听and require at least 30 天娱传媒 credit hours (Dual Enrollment and Transfer Hours are not counted). GPA requirements for these are:
    • at least a 3.3听cumulative听GPA for continuing students.
  • Apartment Building 7 and a portion of Apartment Building 6听are considered upperclassmen halls 补苍诲听require at least 30 天娱传媒 credit hours (Dual Enrollment and Transfer Hours are not counted). GPA requirements for these are
    • at least a 2.5听cumulative听GPA for continuing students.
  • Warhawk Village Apartments require at least a 2.3 cumulative GPA with at least 24 天娱传媒 credit hours earned (Dual Enrollment and Transfer Hours are not counted) or a scholarship recipient.听
